There is a clear correlation between the pedagogical focus of the institute's experts and the project's aims.

In that way, the Portuguese experts contribute among others with specific expertise on evaluation processes. Representatives from the institute accomplish valuable feedback both during the personal transnational seminars as well as in virtual work meetings.

On the other hand, the Portuguese lecturers benefit from the project's technical innovations and from the transnational dialogue about experiences with the practical trial runs and the pedagogical conditions in the partners countries.
As far as possible, also the institute tries to carry out trial runs within the frames of its daily pedagogical practice.

Furthermore, the institute supports the project with disseminating interim and final results.

The next personal transnational meeting will be held in Porto and thus, the partnership will be strengthened.

Quality panels
As a part of the project's quality strategy, each country partner has established a quality panel as "critical friends" for the project.

The positions and the number of the stakeholders vary from country to country, but their members' positions as crucial stakeholders is in common for the different panels.

The local project leaders invite regularly for meetings with their stakeholders. Interim results are presented, and the stakeholders' advice is factored into the country's activities.

Another task of the quality panel is to withdraw their network for disseminating interim and final results of the project.
